These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the conditions under which factory mark LLC (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”) provides the app “Boss Forecast” (“the Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all dealings between users and the Company relating to use of the Service. Any additional notices or guidelines we publish within the Service form part of these Terms.
Article 2 (Conditions of Use)
The Service is available once installed on a supported device and operating system. Users are responsible, at their own expense, for arranging a suitable device and network connection.
Article 3 (Paid Plans)
- Some features of the Service are offered as a paid plan (Premium) through in-app purchases on the App Store.
- Pricing and what is included follow what is displayed in the app and on the App Store at the time of purchase.
- Paid plans renew automatically. To cancel, use the App Store subscription settings at least 24 hours before the next renewal date.
- Because the Service provides digital content, purchases are non-refundable except as required by App Store policy.
Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)
When using the Service, users must not:
- Violate any applicable law or public order and morals.
- Publicly disclose logged content to a third party for the purpose of defaming or exposing a specific individual.
- Disrupt or interfere with the Service’s servers or network functions.
- Reverse-engineer or otherwise analyze the Service.
- Engage in any other conduct the Company deems inappropriate.
Article 5 (AI Forecasts and Responses)
Mood forecasts and responses from the AI character are reference information generated from your logs and weather data; we do not guarantee their accuracy or usefulness. Please use your own judgment when acting on them.
Article 6 (Suspension of the Service)
We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service without prior notice for maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or other unavoidable reasons. We are not liable for any resulting damages.
Article 7 (Intellectual Property)
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights relating to the Service belong to the Company or their respective rightful owners.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
We do not warrant that the Service is free of factual or legal defects. Except where caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.
Article 9 (Changes to These Terms)
We may revise these Terms at any time without individual notice to users where we consider it necessary. Revised Terms take effect once posted on this page.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s registered location.
